These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eventure Escapes website and the travel planning and booking services we provide. By enquiring, requesting a quote, or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Eventure Escapes designs bespoke itineraries and arranges travel services on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as lodges, hotels, airlines, and local operators. Where we act as an agent, the individual supplier's own terms and conditions will also apply to your booking.

All quotes are based on availability and pricing at the time of issue and may change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued written confirmation.

Prices may be affected by currency fluctuations, supplier increases, taxes, and other factors outside our control until full payment has been received.

A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due before travel by the date specified in your confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.

Cancellations and amendments are subject to the terms of the relevant suppliers and may incur charges. We will always do our best to minimise any fees and to assist you through the process.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for your journey. We are happy to advise, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.

While we take great care in selecting our partners, Eventure Escapes is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
